Sunday, being the most relaxing day of the week [until you realize the week starts all over tomorrow] can only be the appropriate Old School day. In comparison with most contemporary songs, old school joints have sincere and truthful lyrics. The rhythmic and soulful music of yester-year artists prove to be a perfect combination to a work-less day. In this edition of OSSJ, Brenton Wood asks his lady of interest to Gimme Little Sign to spare his blushes, and in an inviting jester to show a little interest. This particular song was engraved in my head as it repeated through the walls of my childhood house, my father snapping his fingers to the catchy hook that made this song legendary. For this and the many other classic tracks I subconsciously know verbatim I thank my father and his eclectic music collection. Shout out to Wheazle for whom Sundays in JA just got brighter [if that's even possible]. Cheers
