No matter where your passion lies, life relies on a bipolarity, a contrast which defines the clash of inspirations. We seek to demonstrate the exact disposition between opposites, an equality, a sense of stability. It is only appropriate that our name defines our function. Regardless of what your vice maybe; Life is but a balance...

Drake in the Bay

YMCB and October's own, Drizzy Drake was in the Bay for a couple of concerts. While on the West Coast he took the opportunity to link up with Mistah F.A.B. and Killa Cali's E-40 to add a visual feel to his YAY-area jam entitled The Motto. The song itself feels like it belongs on 106 KMEL or even WILD 94.9, a smart move from the Toronto artist who continues to show his talents and savvy business ways. Who else can adapt to the US Music industry and the many genres of Hip-Hop while reppin' Canada.

To quote Cali based, producer extrordinare Madlib, "Style, if it wasn't for the style, it would be hard for me to show my culture profile... What about the beats, the beats, the beats...." A perfect Bay-Balance from Lil Wayne's protege.

OSSJ - Old School Sunday Jam

With Thanksgiving now behind us, Old School Sunday Jam echos the soundtrack of a wonderful weekend where family and tradition glows in the spotlight. Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famer Bobby WOMACK reminds us the importance of looking back in order to move forward. Originally a member of a family group [splendidly] named The Valentinos, WOMACK released and refreshed Frank Sinatra's Fly Me to the Moon and his rendition of The Mamas & the Papas 'California Dreamin' to bust onto the scene in the 70's. Years later, serving as a subtle homage, WOMACK's legendary track entitled Across 110th Street was used in 2007's American Gangster starring Denzel WASHINGTON. It also has been sampled through the years by several artists including members of the Wu-Tang Clan, Bone Thugs and Harmony and the Game.

Damien Walters - Professional Stuntman

Everyone needs a good stuntman and if I were the likes of Frank Lebouef or Fabien Barthez I would definitely look into hiring Damien Walters. The former gymnast and European Champion has literally tumbled his way into Hollywood, appearing in numerous box office action thrillers: Ninja Assassin, Captain America and more recently Sherlock Holmes II. Checkout some of his stunts after the jump.

Dortmund Fans Push Their Team to Victory

Dortmund, the yellow submarine of the Bundesliga in Germany were crowned champions last year thanks to the expertise of their Coach, and the outstanding support of their fans. Though the start of the season has been a bit shaky, the fans decided to uplift their team last weekend against Wolfsburg.

The Signal Iduna Park, formally known as the Westfalenstadion, built back in the 70's has the capacity of hosting up to 83,000 supporters, most of whom showed up dawning the yellow and black colors of the club. The incredible amount of support the Dortmund fans provide their team was reflected recently in an outstanding display of fan love pictured above. Dortmund went on to win the game 5-1, thrashing the struggling Wolfsburg side.

Nasri walks away from Gunners

After passing his medical in Manchester, the left bench warmer [actual positions] who opted to sit on a start-studded citizens bench rather being a star in London, signed for his new contract today. After Patrick VIERA, Kolo TOURE, Emmanuel ADEBAYOR and Gael CLICHY, Nasri is the fifth gunner who chose to make the switch which subsequently turns Manchester City into Arsenal beta. After all we share common goals, winning the EPL, the champion's league and beat Manchester United. Arsene please get to work and sign us some stars [not soon to be stars].
