Jay-Z, about Hip-Hop

Mr. Jay-Z, elaborates on his opinion of hip-hop being true art form, and how viewers should take the time to step back and observe it on a second degree. Though it is true that many contemporary rappers have polluted the style of the genre, Hip-Hop will still and always remain Hip-Hop, a balanced form of self-expression and cultural representation.
